Harmonizing with the unique divinity of motherhood, The Mama Project was conceptualized through embryonic thoughts to make the transformation of a woman to motherhood by way of offering innovative and viable products best-suited to the adorable mamas. 

The Journey of The Mama Project began with two motivated doctor friends and an inspiring grandma, coming together as a passionate unit that wanted to deliver the best of utility, care & cuddles through their range of products. The Mama Project’s inventory has been curated by a loving Grandmom. She, with her love for designing along with hands-on experience of over two decades, crafting tokens of affection for her grandchildren stoked the engines and the rest, as they say, is history!

GOTS: Our fabrics are “GOTS” certified. GOTS is a textile production certification that limits the use of toxic bleaches, dyes and other chemical inputs during the production processes. If a product holds GOTS certification, you can be confident that the product has gone through testing and is very much safe for humans.

Understanding that mamas and babies are umbilical, with sensitive and delicate skin as opposed to usual, the fabric touching their skin should be hypoallergenic causing no irritations and allergies. This is why we use organic cotton that allows the skin to breathe. These fabrics are durable, easy to wash and stains are easily cleanable. In addition to being made of natural fiber, the fabrics are biodegradable, thus causing minimal environmental impact. Our clothes are made for many wears, to make memories in and to share with others. Thus, reducing waste generation.
