Initially, I just thought of taking a trial session and also attended a few other trial sessions. But the way Deepa gave attention to everyone, I felt very nice about that. It almost seemed to me like a personal one-on-one session rather than a group session. Deepa is so kind and very helpful, based on our medical conditions, she remembers and instructs us what to do and what not to do.

Before I joined Newmi Care, sava-asan was the only known asan to me. I joined Newmi Care during pregnancy and after delivery. Deepa is my postpartum yoga instructor and she is fab. Postpartum yoga can be tricky for us women as we have so many things going on in mind, to name a few - baby timings are not set, health is not at its best, etc. I had a clear decision made after my demo class with Deepa.
