1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is processed and shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3 – 5 business days
- Non-Metro & Remote Locations: 5 – 7 business days
Note: Delivery may be delayed during high-demand periods, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
- A flat fee of ₹49 is applicable on orders below ₹499.
4. Shipping Partners
We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure timely and safe deliveries. All shipments are trackable.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or from your Newmi account.
6. Serviceable Locations
We deliver across most pin codes in India. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or any other issue, a second attempt will be made. If the second attempt also fails, the product will be returned to our warehouse. A refund or re-dispatch will be initiated as per our Return & Refund Policy.
