Deepa’s wealth of knowledge and passion for yoga shines through her work. I am so happy to have found this program through newmi care and learn from her! I highly recommend Deepa’s trainings for anyone looking to get prenatal yoga classes during pregnancy . This training really helped me with pelvic pains and back pain issues and also within the allocated time frame it is perfect blend of meditation and core strength which is really needed for your mental and physical health both. Initially I’ve just thought of taking a trail session and also attended few other trail sessions. But they way Deepa gave attention to everyone, I really felt very nice about that. It almost seemed to me like a personal one on one session rather than group session. Deepa is so kind and very helpful, based on our medical conditions, she remembers and instructs is what to do and what not to do. I’m so happy with my sessions that without even completing my first 12 sessions, I’ve renewed for next 2 months.

I have spent multiple months doing pre natal yoga with Ms.Deepa. she is very patient and the asanas she teaches are doable by all women at all states of pregnancy. She provides for ample pause between asanas and is prompt with reminders before each class. Am happy to have learnt yoga under her.

Hey Deepa, Thanks for helping me as yoga instructor in my pregnancy journey. This is my first time i took online yoga classes. But, never felt as anything missing. I feel a strong sense of calmness, every moment throughout my session. You observe so well that if i miss any aasan or not doing well - you just notice then n there only. I would highly recommend this training/classes to anyone looking to feel peace and physical benefits. Moreover, This online class I feel much likely i am doing physical class.

Deepa's yoga techniques are very good. I feel very relieved after attending her sessions. Her way of teaching is definitely effective and helps to calm down and relieve all the stress

My experience at Newmi yoga has been great so far. Have been following the asanas, breathing exercises and meditation chants under Deepa for almost 2 months now. Her sessions are energetic and not exhausting at all. Each session makes me feel positive and full of freshness.

In the beginning i wasnt sure if going for prenatal yoga will be useful or not, as doctors recommended only walking to be better but after taking the newmi classes i could see that my mood throughout the day felt better, pains in back and thighs reduced and the trainer really gives instructions properly and its a small group so everyone is seen and attended to so that helps as well. I happy with it so far and i plan to continue until my last month of pregnancy. ??
