ErgoCheck: Workplace Ergonomics & Posture Assessment

Neck pain, back pain and posture screening — personalised report in 5 minutes

A quick, confidential screening tool to evaluate workplace ergonomic risk. You'll get a personalised tier, domain breakdown and an action plan.

Is Your Workstation Affecting Your Health?

Long hours at a desk, poor monitor height, laptop posture and repetitive strain can cause neck pain, back pain and stiffness. If work-related discomfort is building up, ErgoCheck helps you understand whether your workstation setup may be a contributing factor.

What ErgoCheck Evaluates

This assessment reviews posture habits, workstation setup, pain patterns, recovery behaviours and work type to produce a personalised ergonomic risk profile across key domains affecting musculoskeletal health.

Personalised Ergonomic Risk Report

After completion, you receive a tiered risk summary, domain breakdown and actionable recommendations — helping you adjust your setup, habits and recovery before pain becomes chronic.

Frequently Asked Questions About Back and Neck Pain

What is the ErgoCheck assessment?
ErgoCheck is a 6-minute online screening tool that evaluates workplace ergonomic risk — your workstation, posture, pain patterns, environment and lifestyle. It returns a personalised risk tier (Low / Moderate / High) and an action plan you can apply today.
Who is it for?
Anyone who works 4+ hours a day in a fixed posture. We have two question paths: Desk / Office work (computer, laptop, hybrid, work-from-home) and Standing / Shopfloor work (assembly, machine operation, warehouse, supervision). Pick whichever describes your job for the most relevant questions.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. ErgoCheck is a screening tool — it surfaces ergonomic risk factors and suggests when a physiotherapist consultation or workstation correction is appropriate. It does not replace clinical evaluation.
How long does it take?
Around 5–7 minutes depending on how thoughtfully you answer. You can re-take it any time after making workstation changes to see improvement.
Will my data be saved?
Your responses are saved against your Newmi Care patient profile (created when you verify your mobile number with OTP). You can view past submissions and a downloadable PDF report from your dashboard.
What does the report tell me?
Tier (Low / Moderate / High), an overall risk %, domain-wise % breakdown (Workstation, Posture, Pain, Environment, Lifestyle), personalised insights based on your specific answers, and a prioritised action plan.
How can Newmi Care help after the assessment?
If your tier is Moderate or High, we recommend a physiotherapist consultation through Newmi Care. We can also help with ergonomic workstation guidance, posture coaching and corporate wellness programs for organisations.
